Meet the Team

Founder and Owner

Jennifer Collier,BSN,RN

I am a dedicated registered nurse with over 20 years of experience and the proud founder of Elite Infusion and Wellness. Born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, I developed a passion for healthcare early on, which led me to pursue my nursing degree at Grambling State University.

Beyond my career in wellness, I’m also a wife to Brian and a proud mom of three—Jade, Jaxon, and Jevan. My journey in health and wellness extends beyond my profession—it's a personal mission. As a fitness enthusiast, I have completed half marathons and prioritize strength training as part of my routine. I believe that physical and mental wellness go hand in hand, and I strive to inspire others to embrace movement, self-care, and a balanced lifestyle.

In addition to running Elite Infusion and Wellness, I am the cohost of The JC Chronicles Podcast, where we highlight Black-owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and inspiring stories from the community. My dedication to wellness and business has also earned me recognition in Bold Journey Magazine and Canvas Rebel, and I have been honored to serve as a panelist at the Women's Health and Wellness Expo.

Jeremy Drollinger, MD

I am a life-long Texan, married to a beautiful wife, and am a proud father of two boys, Grayson and Maverick. I have been involved in the medical field since high school. I started as an EKG Technician at the age of 16 years old, and then transitioned to working in the Emergency Room as a technician at my small, hometown ER where I perfected my IV skills. I eventually began working at a Level 1 Trauma Center ER in San Antonio. While working those 8 years in an ER, I entered undergraduate school at Texas Lutheran University in Seguin, Texas where I obtained my Bachelor of Science with a double Major in Biology and Spanish Studies and a minor in Chemistry. I later attended medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada and did residency training at UTMB In Galveston, Texas in Pediatrics, although I enjoy working with people of all ages. Hobbies include travel, scuba diving (which I would recommend to anyone), and playing the piano. I always enjoy hanging with my wonderful family and friends. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your healthcare needs.
